Hey guys

Im trying to find a way to make that 'Movie effect' with one of my HD films and i want to letterbox it, but i cant seem to find any option to do that in iMovie 09, i know it was an option for iMovie 06.

I dont really want to buy Final Cut Express, as im quite happy with iMovie 09, just wish i could letterbox it :'(!

Can anyone help with my problem?

Cheers

My suggestion would be this (if you still have iMovie 6 HD):

Edit the movie in iMovie 09, then export it as a quicktime movie.

Open that in iMovie 6 HD, apply the letterbox effect. Export again.

Im afraid i dont have iMovie 06 HD, is is a free download, or do you still have to pay for it?

Is there literally no way of doing it in iMovie 09?
