Time Capsule networking issue

Hey guys, I am needing some help with a time capsule networking issue. I am helping a friend of mine and they have everything networked and a 500gig time capsule. The mac's all see it, but i can't get the pc's to see it. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Awesome! Thank you! I'll look it over and try to get it going. I think that is the problem. I don't have the accounts set up and i need to set the workgroup to be the same as windows.
