tiger install / printer fails

Hey guys, after installing Tiger I can't print on my Lexmark w812 anymore. It shows up fine in printmenu, appletalk is active and every setting is as before. I've tried to reinstall the driver but that didn't work either.
Can anyone help this desperate man??

I found this about some printers and Tiger, it didn't mention any printers by brand..

It turns out that if you throw away the Library/Printers folder BEFORE reinstalling the driver, everything is back to normal.

thanx I tried first to remove the printer from the printer list then added it again and then it worked...I sure your way is kinda the same.. thanx
