iMac Won't Remain Asleep

Hey guys,

I just purchased the new 21.5 inch iMac.

The problem is that it won't go to sleep for very long. Whenever I press the power button to let it go to sleep, it will do so for about two minutes, and then it will come back on again.

It happens when I turn the Magic Mouse off or leave it turned on.

I don't know why it keeps doing this. Please help.

27 iMac+Thunderbolt, iMac 21,
What happens if u hit Command/Option/Eject buttons? will it stay asleep?
