Under the "Incoming Mail Server" enter:

"pop3.live.com" (w/o quotes)

Under the "Outgoing Mail Server" enter:

"smtp.live.com" (w/o quotes)

Or you can use a different outgoing mail server which you already have.

A quick guide:

That's good info. Does anyone have info on how to do it for Yahoo Mail without paying fees to Yahoo?

Now that would be illegal would it not and thus not for discussion here?

Yep, unfortunately, if you want to use POP with Yahoo, gonna have to give 'em their $20 a year.

Gmail is really the way to go if you need an outside mail service IMHO.

I do have a Gmail account, is that easier to set up? It is full of spam though, because I didn't choose a long enough username. I'll probably just stick with the web-based Yahoo, since I've had it for years and everybody has the addy. Thanks.
