Spyware on my Mac?

Hello,

I suspect that the company I work for has installed spyware on our machines to check if we are surfing the net during worktime. Is there a software out there that would allow me to know it?
Or how can I protect my surfing by making it anonymous?

(dead link removed) <- Windows Spyware removal... I assume your talking about because most works use pcs and to the best of my knowledge macs don't have spyware. Unless he has a really good program installed all you'd have to do is go to reset Safari after your done.
