Since technically it's has not been released,I am speaking figuratively here.
But with a little tweaking by third parties you could easily see.....

Multitasking
Possibly full version of OSX
Much more customizing options.

OS X is about as likely as someone hacking Snow Leopard so that it could run on PPC machines.

I'd be willing to bet that the A4 silicon and supporting chipset in that device is a lot more proprietary than most folks think.
