Why would anyone buy the new tablet if they could just put the same 3G connectivity into the MacBook Air? You would have a real computer that is light weight and better in all respects than the iTablet will be.

Does anyone know if they will be adding 3G to the new MacBook Air?

Well, maybe you should see what the tablet actually is before you judge it.

Stop by your local wireless carrier and get yourself a wireless broadband card. It's doubtful Apple will integrate a particular broadband card anytime soon.
