I started using my BRAND NEW mac not 5 days ago and now for some reason it stopped working.
When I turn it on it gets stuck on the blue screen.
I tried rebooting...same problem.
anyone know how I can fix this??
Any help would be appreciated.
BTW I'm not great with computers, I don't how to run safe mode unguided.

Go back to where you bought it and have them fix it. If they can't then get a replacement. It's a brand new machine, there shouldn't be any issues with it.

I would suggest going to the Apple Store, and see if anyone could help u with that. And whenever u r done using ur computer, instead of turning it all the way off, just put it to sleep. It won't harm the machine, and it will always start up immediately.

I don't know if this will help but give it a try.

When Mac is off, turn it on and when you do, hold "Option key" your macs Boot SHOULD appear. select it and boot from OS X.
