How to upload video from iPhone to pc

Ok, this is a bit of long process (only if you dont already have the programs on your pc and iphone). So before I bore you with a long informational email, you will need the following programs:
(Firstly on your iphone)
1. Veency (Your iPhone has to be Jailbroken to get this app. Its from Cydia)
(Secondly, on your PC)
1. WINSCP (Free WinSCP Download)
If you have these already, then next steps will be straight forward.
