Lost unsaved data with iMovie HD... Help!

Basically, the title says it all.

I was working on a video for a good 3 hours completely focused on the video itself not even thinking of saving, except for when i saw the spinning rainbow of death. Then I knew I was doomed, hoping for the best that I saved after the first hour or so, obviously not being the case.

Is there ANY way possible to get back all this editing?

Did you check the files in your Movies folder?

Yep. All I have is the first save of the project about 10 min into the editing I did.

any chance your time machine , superduper or ccc was doing those all important hourly back-ups ?

Clay, I wish. Last backup I had was last night when I uploaded all the video to my hard drive. I just have no idea if this can be done or not under these circumstances
