Hi

I recently bought a Imac 27 Inch I7. I love it. I also have a Dell rig that I use for gaming, and my odd pc task.

What I would like to do is to be able to use the Imac's 27 monitor, as a monitor for the Dell as well. I simply do not have enough room on my desk for two monitors.

Is this possible?, if it is how can I make it happen?

No not possible yet..the iMac only accepts connections from other devices over the displayport and that's pretty much restricted to other Mac's right now..

Depends on the Dell. Does it's current video card have displayport out?

Is it an upgradeable model with an available slot for an add-in video card that has a displayport out?
