I need to upgrade from Mac OS X v10.4 (Tiger) to Snow Leopard on two different machines. I have read that I should purchase the Mac Box Set, which includes Snow Leopard, iLife ’09, and iWork ’09 (cost is $169, I think)...No problem because I had thought of buying iLife '09 anyway.
What is the best/most cost effective way to do this?
I assume that the box set has only one license for Snow Leopard, but how many machines can iLife & iWork be installed on?
Can I purchase the box set and then purchase only Snow Leopard ($29, I think) and still be able to install the new iLife and iWork or will I end up having to purchase two box sets?
Thank you for the info!
