iSync not recognizing phone?

I got a Motorola W755 phone from Verizon a few months back and would kind of like to be able to sync it with my g4. I've hooked it up and my phone acts like it's recognized by vibrating, but iSync says No Device Found. I've got the iSync stuff for it installed, but still nothing. Any ideas as to what's happened?

Got that, but it still doesn't work. Still says No Device Found. Is it something with the phone, because it connects through a multiport adapter?
