I used to have a black 30-gig iPod Video, and my wife used to have the 4th-gen iPod Color, both of which pretty much fried at the same time, so now we use their hard drives as external drives w/enclosures.

We each now have the black (really, it's more like dark-gray, like the "black" MacBook), iPod Classic 250-gig. And I have a 3,1 MacBook...hopefully by the end of the year I'll have an iMac!

If by "Apple products" you mean software as well, I have Snow Leopard and the latest iLife and iWork.

Well I actually have quite a few, ipods that is.
1x Macbook late 2009 version, 4GB 500GB hard drive.
1x Voice-over shuffle (cant be bothered figuring out which gen, its the one with no buttons, just the head phone controls)
1x Shuffle, (the ones that come in a ton of colours and have the circle of buttons if that makes sense, I bought it pretty recently)
1x Nano, one of the very first video ones, you know the square sort ones?

And I half share a touch with my sister, and by half I mean I gave her some money for it and never get to use it.

iPod 5G, black, 30 GB (hold switch loses contact with rest of hardware, iPod wakes up)
iPod nano 3G, silver, 8 GB (still runs to this day!)
iPod touch 2G, 150 apps (121 installed), my computer when away from home (even better when I have a Wifi connection)

Mac Mini (Early 2009): Intel 2GHz, 1 GB RAM (soon to be upgraded), Mac OS X Snow Leopard, runs 24/7 with weather webcam.

Power Mac G4: Power PC 500, 1 GB RAM (I might be wrong), Mac OS X Tiger, may eventually switch to Mac OS X Tiger Server, used to run 24/7 (slept from 10pm to 6am) so I could study the things that Mac OS X did when idle (like cron, the most amazing thing ever in my opinion!!!). When Tiger Server is installed, I have yet to discover what I'll do with it...
