Iphone Black screen of death...

Hi,

I have the black screen of death on the iphone, which means the screen is entirely black except for the top bar (where the time, battery life and carrier is written).

I have this black screen when I try to get in my mailbox.

When I press on the home button I come back to the normal functions of my Iphone and there is no probleme but impossible to check my mail without the Black screen of death.

Is there a solution to this?

have you tried the vulcan neck pinch??

hold the power button down and the home button at the same time to restart the phone. im not sure if this will help, but its worth a shot

If the hard reset doesn't work , restore the device as a new phone not from a back-up
