I'm trying to install a piece of recording software onto my MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard. The software is Studio One Artist from Presonus and my issue is that when I open the program file after I've copied it to my Applications folder (or when I run it from the DVD for that matter) I'm not given any content in the window that opens up. See screen shot. The DVD has been tried out on another Mac and it worked fine. The program has also been confirmed to work in Snow Leopard for other people.
Could it be possible that I am missing the proper system font? If so how can I correct this?
Could it be something else?
