Can an application be locked open (prevent it from being closed)?

I'm a Digital Design teacher and my students have completed some simple Flash games. I would like to set up a Mac in the library for other students to have an opportunity to play the game.

Does anyone know how to "lock" the Flash game so that students can't close it or minimize it to use the computer for other purposes?

Should be easy enough if you use a browser in Kiosk mode
