Need help for using webcam in Yahoo Messenger

Hi all Mac User...

I'm newbie in Mac OS. Just buy my 1st Macbook White 2 week ago. My problem is, I already install Yahoo! Messenger for Mac 3.0 BETA in my MacBook Laptop. I try to use webcam in my macbook. But the problem is my friends cannot see my webcam. How can i fit this problem? Any expert can help me?

Um... are there any error messages? What happens if you invite them to a webcam session / they invite you to a webcam session?
