Tiger on an iMac G4 ?

Hey guys this is the specs of my machine, I was wondering about the performance people were experiencing running Tiger on a similar system.Any problems or has it been bliss?

Well, I've got an iBook G4, 1.2 GHz, 512 MB ram, and tiger made it signifigantly snappier. Tiger increased speed moderately as far as regular things, but it had a HUGE increase in UI(user interface) for all systems.

go for it, even if not for speed, tiger so Rocks panther out of the water.

Okay, but are all the elements of the interface there? I ask this question because I remember when Panther came out with the fast user switching you'd get that cube effect. Never worked on my buddies G3 so I'm wondering if now I'll get shortchanged with the eye candy in Tiger.

im some cases "yes" you will get shorthanded. becasue the your graphics card isnt supported by the core image. the onle effrect you will lose is when u drop a widget on your widget desktop you will not see a ripple effect..
