I couldn't find any recent posts on this, so here goes again: I'm looking for a free html form builder. Can run on Windows, Mac OS, client-side javascript, or server-side php or CGI. Code generated should be secure against the usual bad stuff. Prefer a php or javascript script sending results to email. The only app fitting that description I found on download.com didn't work.
