Sending it Back

I have to send my Ibook into Apple because of a crack that started to form. They have to fix it since it's only 5 months old and still under warrranty how long does it usually take before they said me it fixed or at least a new one? Roughly?

They won't send you a new one, they will just replace that part of the case. It will take a week or two most likely

Used to be, turnaround time could be as little as 3 days round trip, or as much as two weeks.
