Itunes - annoying "Play Movie" button

Nothing is wrong with iTunes. I am just constantly frustrated with the "Play Movie" button that appears in the thumbnail of the movie when the cursor is over it. I inadvertently click that button when selecting movies to movie, and I have to enter the movie, wait for it to load, exit it, and then reselect my movies. So...

Is there anyway to remove/disable the "Play Movies" pop-up button from iTunes? I couldn't find an option in the preferences. Does this mean it's hard coded in?
