Help With Downloading Embedded Video

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with my little problem I have. I'm trying to download embedded video from a website. To be specific the website is 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games Medals Results Schedule Sports : Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics and Paralympics . I tried searching through the activity window but no luck. So to get to the short of it is there any program out there or anyway to download those certain embedded videos that don't appear in "Activity"? I tried every single firefox app but no luck also. Also I am trying to download from TSN - Canada's Sports Leader as well but it seems as if its setup like the olympic website where I cant find the video file under "Activity".

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
