AppZapper & Little Snitch Problem

Ok I installed App Zapper on my computer and then I installed Little Snitch but got tired of the pop ups. so i Zapped LS. now it's still shows the monitor on my top bar and I can't do anything about it and the pop ups are still coming. can someone help me fix this

Perhaps the best option is to install Little Snitch again and use its own Uninstaller to remove all the bits.
