Mobile Me losing e-mail

I have Mobile Me to coordinate everything between my Iphone, MacBook Pro and Imac. it works pretty well but every so often does really bizarre stuff. For the last couple of days the Imac has been losing e-mail but it still on the Iphone and laptop. The e-mail sent and inbox on the Imac does not match the others. E-mails come and go on the Imac. Is Mac mail corrupt on my Imac and what can I do about it?
