Color highlighting your Bcc mail

Has anyone any experience setting up a rule to color the mail that you have been blind copied on?

I would like to distinguish these mails in our work group so people are less likely to respond to a Bcc message.

You could get each of them to go into their Mail App and set up a rule based on any one of a number of criteria;
