Epson Printing Problems

I have an Epson R260 printer, an iMac and a MacBook. I have it set up for printer sharing. For some reason, whenever I try to print something from the MacBook through sharing, I get the message "On Hold (Authorization Required)" and it stops there. Then when I hook the USB cable direct to the MacBook, I am able to print.

Any ideas on how to correct this.
