I just upgraded to Logic Express and am wondering why the midi sounds sound different in Logic.
If I use the same instruments it's like the reverb and EQ etc are all missed off. This means everything sounds soooo much better in Garage Band than Logic.
One example are the pianos, they have 'grand piano' and 'grand piano on stage' (or something like that). The main difference appears to be the amount of reverb, and I'm guessing maybe some EQ too.
However if I compare these two in Logic they both sound pretty much the same.
What's going on?
And how can I get the same settings to work?
