I'm trying to get a Linksys WET54g bridge to connect wirelessly to my new Airport Extreme. I understand how to get to the bridge's setup web page via an Ethernet connection, but not then how to set the bridge's static IP. If I run ipconfig (via an XP client running on the AE) I get
router 10.0.1.1
subnet 255.255.255.0
Most of the solutions on the Linksys forum assume that the router IP is 192.168.0.1 which results in setting the bridge's static IP to 192.168.0.226. How do I translate the AE's IP into the bridge's static IP?
