Preview NOT Working (snow leopard)

Hi, i have this big issue, my preview stopped working, i changed of computer from a 15 in to a 17 in mac book pro and restored from my time machine, since then, i have no preview on any file, i googled it and searched at this forum and found no answers, can anybody help me with this? pleeeasseee!!!

Try going to Library/Preferences and deleting all of the com.apple.preview plist files. There are several of them. They should all rebuild when next called upon.
