In case you were wondering. . .

Open GarageBand, and create a "Real Instrument" Track

Click the small "i" at the bottom right of the window. From there you can click on "Vocals" to view different vocal effects.

For vocal transforming, go to the bottom right of the screen again, and click "Details" in the grey pane, underneath the picture. Click on any of the drop down menus, and click on Vocal Transformer

You can use the default settings. . .
