Mac Mail--multiple addresses?

Greetings,

I have switched to a mac mini running OS 10.6.2.

I have been running Thunderbird with 5 separate email addresses.

Can the MAC email program be set up with multiple email addresses?

If so, how?

Yup. My wife and I have our own hotmail accounts and I set them both up in Mail.
There will be different Inboxes on the left-hand side for each account.
I've never set up Thunderbird email, but I'm sure you can search these forums or Google it.
