Help! Deleted apps from dock and places

Ok My computer froze for a split second and the applications downloads and documents folder dissapeared from my dock! Now trying to be smart I went into finder now how do I get them back in my dock next to the trash can?

On Edit: I got the apps folder back on there but its displaying as a adress book. How do I change that back to the folder with the little tools on it?

To get the Applications folder back to how you're used to seeing it, Control-click it and choose Display As Folder. To get the Documents and Downloads folders back in the Dock, just drag them from the Finder (not the sidebar, though).
