Yes, there is.

You can change the size of the pointer by following these steps:
1. Open System Preferences
2. Navigate to Universal Access , then click on the Mouse and Trackpad Tab.
3. Near the bottom of the window there should be a slide-bar that allows the size of the pointer to be altered.

System Prefs > Universal Access > Mouse & Trackpad > Curser size slider on the bottom of the window.
