I am having a problem with the sound with my iMac G5. The sound seems to have been disconnected from the internal speakers, sound the System Preferencses shows my "digital out" output device , I can't control volume, and the computer is mute.
- I plug in a headphones into headphone jack. The sound is ok, status in System Preferencses : "head phone", when i disconnect the headphones, there is no sound coming from the internal speakers
- when i restart , still hear chimes "sound restart" from imac
- i reset pram but can not
How do I return internal speakers?
Does anyone have another fix for this problem?
