Hey everyone,
I don't know what generation my macbook is and therefore I don't know how much memory i can put in. I would either upgrade to 2x1gb or 2x2gb depending on what it could support. All I need to know is what generation it is. Here is my hardware overview.
Model Name: MacBook
Model Identifier: MacBook3,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 2 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache: 4 MB
Memory: 1 GB
Bus Speed: 800 MHz
Boot ROM Version: MB31.008E.B02
SMC Version (system): 1.24f2
Serial Number (system): W87471CWZ65
Hardware UUID: 9E41ACCD-46FA-59C5-8757-89CCA6557FFF
So any help identifying what generation this is would be greatly appreciated. (Also i bought this computer about 2 years ago if that helps)
Thanks!
