Any reccomendations for SW for doing simple web page building - key being simple to use - update pages - etc

textpad...learn HTML, even if you spend a couple hundred for a program like dreamweaver, you'll still need to know a bit of HTML.

i use subethaedit. it is a text program that highlights all the html. html is quite easy.

if you want something simple, try rapid weaver, its template based, really easy, nice templates, and you can take it into dream weaver or anything you want.
