Current battery Capacity is 4572 mAH
Original Battery Capacity is 6300 mAH
72%

Battery Loadcycles 576
Age of Mac 21 months

Is it normal to need to replace my battery at 72%?

Has it been calibrated at all in those 21 months - see here.
