Hi,

I just got a 42" panasonic plasma and really wanted to hook my 17" Macbook pro up i am running Snow leopard *(if that matters) and i have a DVI --> VGA plugged into my TV and a 3.5mm --> RGA for sound, but is there a way of having a DVI --> HDMI and getting the sound to go through it? Or has anyone seen a cable like this?

DVI ------|
--------------- HDMI
3.5mm --|

I have a DVI cable to HDMI and separate sound. DVI can not carry sound. There is no way around which sucks. I hope we get HDMI on the MBPs soon with Blu-ray.
