Mac Mini STILL can't run Final Cut

I have a new Mac Mini and I loaded my old version of Final Cut 4 and it said
that I am missing an AGP graphics card so I took "VegasGeorge's" advice and changed the AGP to PCI in the package contents, and it started to load. Now it gets stuck saying Loading Audio Filters... and when I right click FCP Icon in the dock it says Application Not Responding and I have to force quit it. How can I fix that?

Is this Final Cut Pro 4 or Express? If it's Pro from the URL's I have found needs a Power PC CPU. What version of OSX is on the Mini? Snow Leopard 10.6? Do you have rosetta installed?
