upgrade from tiger to snow leopard

Possibly but depends on spec of your Mac and its ability to handle DVDs

as long as your mac has an intel processor then yes, it should be fine.

I went from Tiger to SL using the box set.

hey thanks for the info everyone. I am running 10.4.11 with 2ghz intel core 2 duo processor. I have 1gb of ram. Will be I be good?

Aim for at least 2GB 4 GB if u end up with heaps of apps running.

u on MB or MBP - look here for ram specs for your machine

mine runs fine with 1GB of RAM but then I'm a fairly simple computer user - surfing, bit of word processing, music, etc...
