What are you you trying to compare exactly

Its a bit like comparing a 1600cc Ford with a 1600cc Audi. It depends at the end of the day which car you are happy driving.

Both are very nice computers I'd happily own.

However, by suggesting the iMac is better value than the Dell, you really are preaching to the choir. :)
