I've dug through several forums and haven't found an example of this. First of all, I'm stupid for spilling stuff on my MacBook.
The only symptom is that when I insert the battery the whole computer dies.
Therefore, I can only use the MacBook while it's plugged in. Even when the computer is still plugged in and I insert the battery, it completely shuts down.
Is this likely to be a battery problem or a circuit board problem? Any other examples?
