Buying Firewire/USB PCIe card

Your Mac's Specs
Power Mac G5 Dual Core 2.3 16g ram OSX10.5
I need to buy a pcie firewire/usb card to add more slots to my G5. Do people have any suggestions or pitfalls to avoid?

I will tell you that if your doing this for any form of video or audio use do not purchase multiple type cards. use a PCIe usb card and a seperate PCIe firewire card. also where possible do not purchase a 100/200/400/800 firewire card. the multi cards usually will not be supported by most interface companies and you will be wastin gyour time and money thinking you cna find a work around...also do not buy from a cheap chinese company. get one with reputable chips on them. preferable TI
