Genius & genius Mixes

My Genius pane is empty but on the heading there is something like: Based on: Get Ready by Rare Earth. !!!

I tired update genius from the store. then every time i chose a song and hit genius, it tells me the song is not available. etc...

My Genius Mixes has one mix , used to have 16 before my music collection was accidentally deleted 48 hours ago.

Now i have re loaded some of my tracks ( about 2700 ) but my genius isnt working and I dont know how to fix it

Umm well if Genius is based on what music you have... how do you expect it to make playlists if all your music files are deleted??

Have you updated your Genius after restoring some of the music?

Store > Update Genius
