MacBook Pro 13 inch 8GB Memory and Hardisk 320GB Above

Hi guys,

I'll always edit wedding picture using Photoshop and video for slide picture.
Is it suitable, perfect, smooth, fast if i upgrade MacBook Pro 13-inch 2.53GHz like below:

1) 8GB Memory
2) 250GB or 500GB Hard Drive

what spec macbook did u upgrade?
i read some article that the stability will not good if i do that but im not quite sure about that.
