After following these instructions from Tumbuktu's own website: Timbuktu Pro for Macintosh (OS X) FAQs I'm still getting a series of messages in my Console:

12/24/09 9:40:21 AM com.apple.launchd.peruser.502[862] (com.netopia.timbuktu.pro.host[1229]) posix_spawn("/Applications/Timbuktu Pro/Timbuktu Pro.app/Contents/SharedSupport/Timbuktu Host.app/Contents/MacOS/Timbuktu Host", ...): No such file or directory
12/24/09 9:40:21 AM com.apple.launchd.peruser.502[862] (com.netopia.timbuktu.pro.host[1229]) Exited with exit code: 1
12/24/09 9:40:21 AM com.apple.launchd.peruser.502[862] (com.netopia.timbuktu.pro.host) Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds

Any suggestions?

Yup, that's part of the instructions. Still getting the console messages. Trying to get phone support from Netopia.

I'd go to Activities Monitor and Stop anything related to Timbuktu.

Then I'd run EasyFind set to find everything, including hidden and system files and folders, looking for anything related to Timbuktu, and delete it all.

Finally got a human at Netopia tech support. They couldn't help but mentioned that Skype will attach somehow to Timbuktu and will look for it if it's gone.

I don't know, but I found another thread at Apple Discussions. Deleting /Library/LaunchAgents/com.netopia.timbuktu.pro.host.plist, emptying trash and restarting seems to have done the trick.

PS: Wow, VegasGeorge, EasyFind rocks! There were still some Timbuktu plists and a log, so got rid of them.
