mBox Mail Texting Problem

I've just UPDATED the mBox Mail app and I now keep getting texts telling me when I have a new email. Very annoying ! How do I stop them? I don't want to stop the pushing/fetching of emails just the texts. Thanks in advance.

Settings / notifications turn them off for that app.

Just a guess. That's where most apps allow them to be switched
if not there then it should be in the settngs of the app itself. But I am guessing your not getting a text but a notification.
