Can I import a theme into iWeb?

I've downloaded a CSS theme from the web and wanted to know if I can import it into iWeb so that I can design a website around it?

No, I don't think so. My understanding is that iWeb is not a generic HTML editor. It only uses its own themes. You might be able to approximate the theme your looking for by importing graphics into iWeb for it to apply to one of its own themes.
